REGISTRATION NOW OPEN!
Join us at the Stomp Out Stroke Festival!
Bring your family and friends to help raise stroke awareness in Houston! Learn your stroke risk and how to reduce that risk. The festival is family-friendly, open to the public with free admission offering stroke and brain health education, nutrition and fitness demonstrations, free health screenings, games, entertainment, music and more!
We are conducting a short survey to assess the community's stroke knowledge and the impact of the stroke festival. At the end of online registration, we hope you willing to participate in the survey. Your responses will help us improve the services provided at the stroke festival in the future.
This event will be providing health screenings. Health screenings do NOT provide diagnoses and are NOT a replacement for medical care. Guests will be provided screening results at the time of the screen. It is the patient's responsibility to arrange appointments with appropriate medical professionals who may choose to conduct further investigation or assessment prior to confirming any diagnoses.
